    FAQ

Local deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Most of our arrangements come in three sizes. The “Standard” option represents the base price for that arrangement. You can upgrade to “Deluxe” or “Premium,” which includes more premium flowers, making the arrangement larger and/or fuller. In some cases, the vase or container size may also increase.

Most of the flower arrangements on our website are available for same-day delivery. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. If same-day delivery isn’t available online, please call us, and our local VIP support team—experts in floral arrangements—will be happy to assist you.

Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 7:00 PM. A timed delivery fee of $85 will apply for orders placed after 7:00 PM for same-day delivery.

Yes, all floral arrangements are delivered in the vase shown on the website. If you prefer a hand bouquet, please mention this in the “Instructions to Florist” section during checkout.

Yes, we deliver to hospitals. To ensure timely delivery, please provide as much detail as possible, including the building name, department, and floor or suite number.

We love surprising recipients with beautiful arrangements! If no one is home, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient via call or text for further instructions. If we’re unable to reach them, we’ll leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area whenever possible.

Yes! Our arrangements are crafted by talented designers, and the photos on our site are taken by our in-house photographer. On rare occasions when a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with an equivalent or better option to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement you selected.

    Floral Care:

    • Change the water daily with fresh, cold water.
    • Trim the stems slightly every day or so to extend vase life.
    • Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
    • Remove expired blooms to keep the remaining flowers fresh longer.

    Orchid Care:

    • Avoid overwatering, as it can cause root rot.
    • Water the plant just before it dries out.
    • Letting the plant dry out occasionally won’t harm it and can help you better understand its needs.

    Succulent Care:

    • Succulents thrive with about six hours of sunlight per day.
    • Gradually introduce new succulents to direct sunlight to prevent scorching.
    • Water thoroughly until water drains out of the container’s holes. If there’s no drainage, use less water.

All deliveries are made on the requested date. Once delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
