Delivery Policy
Santa Monica Florist is committed to delivering luxury floral arrangements with care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout Santa Monica, Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone typically qualify for same-day flower delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time may still be accommodated depending on driver availability and delivery volume.
Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are generally between:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
During major floral holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other peak periods, delivery schedules may vary.
Delivery Timing
While customers may request a preferred delivery timeframe in the order notes, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic conditions, weather, recipient availability, and order volume.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate
- Leave the arrangement with a concierge, front desk, or neighbor
- Contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery
Floral Substitutions
Certain flowers, vases, or containers may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonal or market conditions. In such cases, Santa Monica Florist reserves the right to substitute blooms or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and elegance of the arrangement.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Santa Monica Florist is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled if requested before the design or delivery process has begun. Once an arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.
