Do We Accept Returns?

Yes. We accept refund and replacement requests on all orders.

Because our products are fresh flowers, we resolve issues through refunds or replacements rather than physical returns. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Email studio@mysantamonicaflorist.com or call +1 646-623-5798
  3. Include your order number and a photo of the arrangement
  4. We confirm your refund or schedule a replacement within 1 business day

Time Expectations

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • We respond to all requests within 1 business day
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Replacement deliveries are scheduled at the next available delivery slot

What Qualifies for a Refund or Replacement

  • Flowers that arrived damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
  • Arrangements that differ significantly from what was ordered
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to our error
  • Orders not delivered on the promised date

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund, no fee
  • Within 24 hours of delivery: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Same-day orders: Non-refundable once the arrangement has been prepared
